Containerized RO Plants

Containerized Reverse osmosis and filtration series provides integrated Energy Recovery with RO in an easily movable container for your Mobile water, Industrial, Power and Municipal Markets.

Containerized reverse osmosis plant are custom designed and built and will be pre-assembled and tested for quick and mobile installations.

Depending upon the capacity of Reverse osmosis plant, 20 feet standard, 40 feet high cube containers as single or multiple are utilized for application.


Standard Model Available as Containerized Series

Brackish water model

1. CWE-BW-C - 100 20 Feet container up to 40,000 GPD 15,000 TDS
2. CWE-BW-C - 200 40 Feet container up to 150,000 GPD 15,000 TDS
3. CWE-BW-C - 200-2 2 x 40 Feet container up to 300,000 GPD 15,000 TDS
  • Capacity is calculated based on maximum salinity level.
  • High capacity can be achieved with low salinity of feed water.

Sea water model

1. CWE-SW-C - 100 20 Feet container up to 25,000 GPD 45,000 TDS
2. CWE-SW-C - 200 40 Feet container up to 132,000 GPD 45,000 TDS
3. CWE-SW-C - 200-2 2 x 40 Feet container up to 300,000 GPD 45,000 TDS
  • Capacity is calculated based on maximum salinity level.
  • High capacity can be achieved with low salinity of feed water.

Media Filtration System

1. CWE-MF-C - 100 20 Feet container up to 18 M3/Hour
2. CWE-MF-C - 200 40 Feet container up to 100 M3/Hour
3. CWE-MF-C - 200-2 2 x 40 Feet container up to 200 M3/Hour
  • Filtration rate is with 10 M/hour as applicable for sea water filtration
  • Surface water filtration rate can be as 20M/hour in all such cases, filtration rate will be double.

Ultra Filtration System

1. CWE-UF-C - 100 20 Feet container up to 48 M3/Hour
2. CWE-UF-C - 200 40 Feet container up to 150 M3/Hour
3. CWE-UF-C - 200- 2 x 40 Feet container up to 350 M3/Hour
  • Average flow is calculated based on flux rate of 75LMH
  • Corresponding flow rate can be calculated based on flux selected for design purpose.

Standard Features

  • MS Epoxy coated frame construction for corrosion resistance.
  • Container will be insulated with minimum 35mm PU lining from all sides and 50MM PU lining on top.
  • 3mm GRP lining will be on floor for maximum corrosion protection.
  • 1 no emergency door of standard size.
  • Container main door will be insulated for maximum heat efficiency.
  • 3 standard tube light
  • Lighting power distribution box
  • 1.5 ton – 1 no standard air conditioner for air condition purpose.
  • Suitable frame and support will be provided for pipe and equipment insulation.
  • Technical specification will be as per standard model selected or option selected as per equipment specification.
