We have two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in UAE which includes Al Sajjah, Sharjah, for assembly and manufacturing of water treatment plants and in Umm Al Quain, for carrying out fabrication of mainly sewage treatment plants, tanks etc. With these two manufacturing facilities, we have manufacturing capability of over 100 water & wastewater treatment plants of different capacities per annum.
Celar Manufacturing Facilities in the UAE
This facility spreads over an area of 10,000 sq. ft. located at Al Sajjah, Sharjah, which is strategically located to cater to complete MENA region. This facility manufacturer’s wide range of water treatment plants from few thousands of gallons to millions of gallons per day. The plant includes different sections inside the facility carrying out various activities such as skid fabrication, mechanical fitment, electrical wiring, and automation and testing along with stringent quality control.
Due to strict quality control parameters, every unit that is manufactured has to pass through rigorous testing and trial runs in our in-house testing bays before finally being delivered to the client.
A centralized control system, which includes a dedicated CCTV system and frequent quality inspections, facilitates user-friendly operation of the whole plant while maintaining accurate control of each department and promotes coordination.
